I Fell Against A Piece If Wood When I Lost

I fell against a piece if wood when I lost my balance striking the mid left of my back just above the waist causing me pain upon arising the following morning......no bleeding, but pain and the pain has lessened and leaving me light-headed. I am on Day 6 since the injury
