I Fell And Have Two Fractures In My Had. One

I fell and have two fractures in my had. One on 4th metatarsal and a hemate fracture. Not sure I spelled correctly. For the past two weeks I have been experiencing strange waves of heat sensations. Like hot fluid flowing in my hand. What is this. I'm concerned could be some nerve injury as well
