I Fell And Hit My Back Rib Cage On The

I fell and hit my back rib cage on the edge of the stairs just below my armpit. I am certain I bruised my ribs badly but I am also wondering about blunt trauma on internal organs. I weigh 220 and when I slipped on the ice my full body weight came down on my back ribs.
