I Fell And Hit My Nose Across The Bridge. I

I fell and hit my nose across the bridge. I had a bloody nose at the time. A little tender now but when I yawn it tickles on the right side and makes me sneeze. Is this something I should be concerned about? It has been 4 days since I did this.
