I Fell And Hit The Bridge Of My Nose And

I fell and hit the bridge of my nose and glasses on a rock. Immediately, a shock resonated across my skull from side to side. Over the next three weeks pain went from head to neck onto my shoulders and upper back. Other than a headache most of the pain is gone. However, I am weak and have no energy. Could I have had a whiplash?
