I Fell And Hurt My Left Hand/wrist Its Swollen And

I fell and hurt my left hand/wrist its swollen and paining, and I can see the veins black and blue; also due to the fall some veins on the back of my left leg is swollen due to the impact if the fall, could the swollen veins be damage or a result of blood clots or something?
