I Fell And Injured The Inside Of My Left Bicep

I fell and injured the inside of my left bicep a few days ago, i started noticing pain and soreness in my forarm and the a few days later its all the way down my wrist. It follows the artery. and now the area that is sore is red and very tender, slightly swollen. its bruised at the top where the artery in y bicep is and the bruising follows the artery to the inside of my elbow and then is red the rest of the way down to my wrist.
