I Fell And Landed On My Wrist Over A Year

I fell and landed on my wrist over a year ago and it has caused me pain on and off ever since. I have had xrays, ultrasounds, medication and used a removable strap for it but nothing seems to be fixing the problem or finding the problem. I've seen multiple doctors and nobody can tell me what it can be. Any suggestions on what it may be?
