I Fell And My Left Leg, Shin Area, Immediately Swelled

I fell and my left leg, shin area, immediately swelled up. Went to first ah
I'd urgent care had ice put on x-rayed nothing broken or fractured. Kept ice on it for two days. Now there is an area about 3i chest long and 2 inches wide that looks like a blister filled with water and about 1 inches high. My question is is this normal? Should I break the blister? Will it go away? Thank you
