I Fell And Scraped And Severely Bruised My Upper Left

I fell and scraped and severely bruised my upper left thigh it is very swollen and the swelling has been steadily increasing it has been 1week exactly since my fall and my thigh is more swollen than it has previously been within the last week also it feels like it's tearing sometimes when I move around and I also get a frequent burning sensation it is also numb to the touch it seems like it's getting worse not better what can you tell me about an injury like this and what can I do
