I Fell And Skinned A Quarter Sized Patch Of Skin

I fell and skinned a quarter sized patch of skin on my face a few weeks ago. It has closed and is now light pink in the middle with darker skin around the edges- what can I do to make it look "normal" again? Are there any over the counter scar creams you might recommend or should I be using silicone sheets?
