I Fell Approximately Two (2) Years Ago And In June

I fell approximately two (2) years ago and in June 2014 I had c-disk fusions and a full blown labrum surgery in August this year. I am also on many medications due to these problems. Approximately a month or longer I have had severe inflammation upon waking in the hands this is painful, it seems to get better upon moving around, using them, help of tens unit it never completely goes down. Recently the inside of the left knee has become painful also especially when bending, do you think this could be a side effect of medications or something to do with one of my injures?
