I Fell At Work And Landed Flat On My Back

I fell at work and landed flat on my back I was sort of in and out for a while. I was sent to workmans comp and they did nothing for me,I requested a MRI on my back and they refused. After a year my lower back was in constant pain.My primary Doctor had a MRI on my back.I ended up having a procedure done where they put concrete in my back. My #1 disc was was destroyed. have you heard of this procedure and what can I expect because the pain is coming back.
