I Fell Back During The Winter As I Was Coming

I fell back during the winter as I was coming down my steps outside my feet flew out from under me and I landed on the first step directly on my lower back. It was bruised for a couple of weeks yet there is a lump of fluid where I fell and it is still there. It doesn't hurt, just feeling it is weird. Any suggestions?
