I Fell Backwards And Hit My Calf On The Door

I fell backwards and hit my calf on the door jam, twisted my left foot in my shoe trying to regain my balance. My little toe and the one next to it hurt to touch and painful to walk. I also hit my head on the tile floor causing a bump slightly to the left of the crown. It is tender when touched.
