I Fell Backwards On A Hardware Floor Breaking My Left

I fell backwards on a hardware floor breaking my left arm ( non displaced fracture) ..treated for whiplash which seem resolved...not sure if it is allergies or sinus had been on pred and zpack and lightheadedness and echo and hollow feeling in ears ....much better sitting than standing.....all studies are normal ...except for allergies and possible sinus...why do I feel such a disconnect from head to legs?
