I Fell Down 3 Metal Stair's Outside Of My RV

I fell down 3 metal stair's outside of my RV last night. I have a massive bruise on my lower back on the right side. I also have a massive bruise on my right shoulder. It hurts very much to walk, lay down and sit. I have a hard time finding a confortable position. My foot on the injured side has been falling asleep a lot today. And I have shooting pains down that leg as well. Should I go see a doctor?
