I Fell Down A Flight Of Stairs Yesterday And Twisted

I fell down a flight of stairs yesterday and twisted my left knee back and down which is causing severe pain on the inside of the knee, can barely support weight without pain and absolutely no twisting. I've been taking ibuprofen but it isn't helping much. Even the blankets while sleeping were too heavy and caused pain. Should I go get this looked at?
