I Fell Down And Hurt My Left Knee, I Did

I fell down and hurt my left knee, I did not do any thing at the begging, then I notice swell on the upper part of the knee, I start treating it by putting ice on it, the swelling is reduced but then it came back, now my left knee look much bigger than the right knee.
