I Fell Down Concrete Steps Last Wednesday They X-rated Left

I fell down concrete steps last Wednesday they x-rated left knee and right elbow nothing broken. The following day I couldn't move my arm and it hurts under my right breast every day it gets harder to move because it hurts so bad I take very little breaths and keep catching myself holding my breathe is this normal?
