I Fell Down During A Tennis Match And Bumped My

I fell down during a tennis match and bumped my head on top and in back quite severely and saw stars, and pain in my skull. I broke open a one and half inch incision but only bled a little bit. I have functioned all day 7 hours quite well but have a slight headache in the front forehead. What are the symptoms of concussion if any? Should I do anything else except relax?
