I Fell Down (flew In The Air) From 5 Step

I fell down (flew in the air) from 5 step height, landed hard on non carpeted floor, I have a bi-lateral SI Joint Fusion (19 years ago). My bladder emptied immediately. My vagina is numb, I can barely raise or lower myself to any position. Gluteus maximus pain also. I am a 56 year female.
