I Fell Down Last Week And Came Down On My

I fell down last week and came down on my chin. My chin was completely black and swelled up instantly. There was a cut but it was minor. The swelling has gone down, bruise is also gone, and the cut has healed. What is left is a hard bump between my skin and bone that moves around. Is there a chance I fractured a piece of bone off my chin?
