I Fell Down Our Back Stairs. Received 14 Stiches Above

I fell down our back stairs. received 14 stiches above my right eye. landed on my right side. ended breaking a bone in my collar bone very painful. Of corse I got a black eye with closing of my eye it has gotton better but now right part of my jaw feels bruised and swollen so is it probably from my fall just making its way down been applying ice. since I fell pretty hard. my cat scan of my head and face was normal
