I Fell Down Our Stairs One Week Ago Today- I

I fell down our stairs one week ago today- I suffered a bruised right kidney and 3 broken ribs and deep tissue bruise in thoracic spine area- for a few minutes My legs were tingling similar to when u hit your funny bone- the muscle and stiffness in my body is mostly gone- but the skin on my middle back and down the right side and on into the middle of my right buttock is sore to touch- not achy- not muscular- but just sensitive like a burn or a big scrape- but no markings noticeable at all- what could this be? a nerve injury?

My MRI at the ER came by normal
