I Fell Down The Last Couple Of Stairs At My

I fell down the last couple of stairs at my home last Monday. I had immediately swelling and pain on two of my toes. Now the blue and black discoloration is localized on one toe. I have buddy wrapped it and "tried" to be good. Of course I said tried because I have 3 young children and am a personal trainer. My concern now is that I have a burning sensation in the area. Almost like a burning icicle is being jammed into my toe and foot. Just wondering if I should do more than buddy tape the toes
