I Fell Down The Stairs And Broke Right Toe Bones

I fell down the stairs and broke right toe bones (saw doctor) but my left foot hurts when I step a certain way with very bad paid, feels like something is in it. When I use my hand to press on the spot I can recreate the pain, but when I step with mu fill body weight it is there.
