I Fell Down The Stairs On My Shoulder And My

I fell down the stairs on my shoulder and my back right side. I am able to drive with the shoulder but it hurts when I move it in certain directions. Unfortunately I am on the road as an insurance adjuster and cannot go to the doctor. I was hoping that this might feel better in the morning?
