I Fell Down The Steps Of A Pool And My

I fell down the steps of a pool and my mid back is swollen. There is a small bulb above my tail bone and swelling in the Center of my back-Mayve 3inches long and raised a half a centimetre. I am icing it. Do I need to urgently go to the ER? Or can I see how it goes over the next 48 hours
