I Fell Earlier And My Knee Bent Inward With My

I fell earlier and my knee bent inward with my foot higher than my butt or knee and popped really loud. I'm about half deaf but I heard it. Now it has a knot right where it popped and pulled up my thigh into my groin when I try to walk which is painful. Should I go get checked out
