I Fell Face First On The Sidewalk Saturday Night And

I fell face first on the sidewalk Saturday night and I have a black yes and my eye and the side of my face by the temple is really swollen I put ice on it immediately after and all the next day. Some of the swelling has gone down but it's still swollen should I still be putting ice on it or heat?
