I Fell Flat On My Face In The Forest And

I fell flat on my face in the forest and broke my wrist on Friday last. The hospital put a plaster cast on my left arm. Now stiffness is occurring down th e right side of my body...shoulder lower back, arm ribs hips and so on. How long should the stiffness take to wear off? Is there anything I could do to ease it? Thank you
