I Fell From A Stairway Landing On A Tile Floor

I fell from a stairway landing on a tile floor and was found soon after, unconscious. EMT transported me to ER where CT scan, chest and pelvic xrays were performed. No broken bones but hematoma on back of head. Doctor exam on Monday which will be 8 days and plans to fly to NY from FL on Tuesday. Wondering if this is going to be a problem. What do you think?
