I Fell From My Motor Cycle On My Right Knee

I fell from my motor cycle on my right knee day before yesterday night. I am not able to fold my leg back. the pain is considerable reduced from yesterday and there is no swelling too. I am able to walk without any support. But not able to remove my pants or wear them. Can you tell me if there is any kind of fracture or sprain?
