I Fell Hard And Landed On My Butt. I Have

I fell hard and landed on my butt. I have pain lifting and when I roll over in bed. I can walk and do light housework. Urgent care prescribed a muscle relaxer, over the counter pain reliver and rest for three days.
This the third day and I now have numbness and tingling in my arms and hands. Should I go to the emergency room and get exrayed. thanks Deb
