I Fell Hard From A Moving Golf Cart 2 Days

I fell hard from a moving golf cart 2 days ago. Have a fractured left rib, sprained left ankle, big bruise on my upper left thigh, pain on right shoulder/neck area and bruising in my right side of the face. Noticed today that my stomach/lower abdomen looks swollen and I'm feeling pain in that area. What could it be?
