I Fell In Garden In May This Year Landed On

I fell in garden in May this year landed on my front right side.
Had Trimble breathing after got X-ray at hospital they said I was ok. Since this I have pain constant on right side at my rib going under my breast. I have numbness on right side front to back and numbness in left hand little finger.
I been back to doctor 4 times they said they trying to get me an MRI but still not had.
I'm getting anxious about it now.
When I wake in morning I have constant shaking like adrenaline rush through my body makes me feel unsteady. Any suggestion what I should do please
