I Fell In My Garage A Week Ago Today Over

I fell in my garage a week ago today over the riding lawn mower. A large spring on mower hit my left breast hard and bruised going down my side and a little way onto my back. When I try and lay down now to go to sleep, that side starts feeling like someone stabbing my breast with a knife. I can only get comfortable sitting up. When I try and take a deep breath, I get sharp pain. Coughing is killing me too. I wanted to make sure my lung did not collapse
