I Fell In The Bath About 12 Days Ago Banging

I fell in the bath about 12 days ago banging my thigh against the inside handle.the pain was really bad my leg went black with the bruising which is now disappearing but I am left with a lump the size of a tennis ball and is painful.shows no sign of going in fact it looks bigger now.
