I Fell In The Bathroom And Hit The Right Side

I fell in the bathroom and hit the right side of my body against the bat tub I have no swelling or bruises but I am in quite a bit of pain I can not lift my right arm or move with out feeling pain I have been using lidocane patches or spray is there something else I can do
