I Fell In The Shower.. Well Actually Fell Out Of

I fell in the shower.. well actually fell out of shower hitting my head hard. I have several large bumps across the back of my head. On one of the large bumps it is soft in the middle. I was knocked out for a very short time. I did have a horrible headache and now I'm on day 2 and still have headaches off and on. More tenderness on head and bruises on my body. I seems more tired but not sure if it's just been a long day.. should I be concerned....
