I Fell Into A Fence And My Arm Went Through

I fell into a fence and my arm went through to a horizontal pipe that caught my fall. The pipe caught under the armpit. Now 3 months later I get a pain more at the ligament intersection ,connection, at the front shoulder
Dislocation No I can reach and carry weight. No pain at night. More if I lean into some thing and twist. Like leaning under the bar barque and turn on propane.
