I Fell Last Sunday On Black Ice On M Left

I fell last Sunday on black ice on m left side (lower hip). I have a very large black and blue bruise on the side of my left hip probably 12inch wide 8 inch long I don't bruise easily. The past week since Tuesday my right rib under my right Brest has been killing me. It is getting better but in the morning it is worse every time I breathe in. Ny clue what is going on ?
