I Fell Nearly A Week Ago And Hit My Eyebrow

I fell nearly a week ago and hit my eyebrow bone on a blunt metal object. I had a lot of bleeding, applied sterile gaze tape, it continued to bleed for 48 hours after but has now stopped. and then wound is closed. However it is so sore and tender around brow and swollen. how do I know if it has been fractured? Or is this normal? Its not very brusied slightly just a yellow bruise but there is a lump I can feel but so painful to touch.
