I Fell Off A 6 Ft Ladder And Hit My

I fell off a 6 ft ladder and hit my head on the ground. Had 8 stitches above my eye running through my eyebrow. It has been over 4 weeks now and I still have a bump around the stitches where I hit. Is it normal for the area to still be swollen after this long?
