I Fell Off A Chair I Was Standing On To

I fell off a chair I was standing on to hang a bird feeder. I don't know what happened but I hit the top of,y head hard. Went to ER. They did lots of tests. No broken bones. My head, neck and ribs hurt lots that was a week ago. Now the last two days my right side hurts very bad when I get up. My front right ribs hurt too. Is the side ache probably from the fall? There are two egg shaped dark purple bruises under my navel. I take warfarin
