I Fell Off A Horse Yesterday & Landed On My

I fell off a horse yesterday & landed on my butt, at first I couldn't walk at all but I am taking baby steps although my butt/hip still hurts a lot when I put weight on my right foot. I am taking ibuprofen & have been wearing cooling pads that are supposed to help ease the pain. Is it normal that I still can't walk after 24 hours & am still very pained?
