I Fell Off A Platform.. Probably 4.5 Ft Landing On

I fell off a platform.. probably 4.5 ft landing on my bottom and lower back two weeks ago... no im experiecing Lower back pain when standing walking and sitting. While driving right leg between my hip and mid thigh goes to sleep.. most of back pain seems to be on my right side? Lower back pain is worse upon waking in the morning. Have to hold on to walls etc. Just to walk till I take the first few steps.. had xray and ct scan both come back clean
