I Fell Off My Bike And Landed On My Face

I fell off my bike and landed on my face and my front tooth is loose and another chipped. Do I need to have the front tooth replaced; what is the treatment plan and the ensuing cost involved please? Also, I chipped the tooth next to my front tooth; can that be bonded and what would the cost be also? Thanks for getting back to me.
