I Fell Off The Ladder And Went To Hospital They

I fell off the ladder and went to hospital they did xrays on my wrist.. They said they didn't see a break .. My thumb and wrist is swollen and very painful to use they put a tension bangage on and said I'd be fine after a couple days somehow I do believe its broken since I've never had so. Much pain should I get a different doctors opinion cause I don't want any long term problems
